The Board of Higher Education (BHE) is the functional governing Board for the American Samoa Community College. The BHE is responsible for the academic quality, institutional integrity, and financial stability toward the achievement of College’s overall Mission. The BHE is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the financial resources of the College are used to provide sound educational programs conducive to the needs of American Samoa.
